Cancellation

Direct bookings (made by email, our website or phone): -

The deposit taken at the time of booking is fully refundable if cancellations are made up to 24hours before the date of arrival.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival the cost of the first night will be taken.

For no-shows or where the booked stay length is shortened full payment for the stay is required.

On-line bookings (made through third party booking sites are 72 hours) - please check the T&Cs on the specific site you booked with.

Please note we do not accept hen parties,stag parties or similar groups.

Deposits

A deposit is usually taken at the time of booking - by cheque, debit/credit card or BACS. This is used to secure the booking.

Children 

We welcome children over the age of 12.

Pets 

We do not allow pets, but please note that if you have hair allergies we do have our own dog, cat & horses at the property.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is between 3pm – 9pm. If you think you’ll be checking in after 9pm please let us know in advance and we can arrange for late check-in up to 9.30pm (which is the latest time we can accept arrivals).

Check-out is by 10.30am
