Catered Exclusive Use in Pembrokeshire
Elm Grove Country House offers fully catered exclusive-use accommodation in Pembrokeshire, providing complete privacy so that only guests personally invited by you are present during your stay. Located near Tenby, Elm Grove is ideal for groups seeking a private country house experience with the comfort of professional hospitality.
The house accommodates up to 21 guests across 11 spacious, individually styled en-suite bedrooms, making it well suited to a wide range of group stays. Elm Grove is a popular choice for family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, corporate incentives, business events and retreats, and has welcomed walking groups, classic car clubs, artists and wellness groups.
Unlike many exclusive-use properties that operate on a self-catering basis, Elm Grove offers a fully catered alternative. Guests can relax and enjoy their time together without the need to cook or manage household tasks. All exclusive-use stays include a home-cooked full breakfast, with the option to add evening dining on selected nights.
The house is available for exclusive use from 3:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:30am on the day of departure.
Pricing varies according to the time of year and catering requirements, with exclusive-use rates starting from £1,800 per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis for the whole house.
Between October - March we offer a 15% reduction on our Exclusive Use B&B rate (excluding Christmas & New Years).

WEDDING RECEPTION VENUE
Beautiful, Bespoke, Exclusive….
As a small, intimate venue we host a small number of weddings a year.
We are able to cater for up to 30 for a sit down reception in the main country house; or for larger weddings up to 80 people, couples will need to hire a marquee/stretch tent and engage outside caterers - we are happy to provide recommendations and liaise with the companies chosen.
As part of the reception package the house is provided on an exclusive use basis for 2 nights (other charges and T&Cs apply) - where accommodation for up to 21 people on a B&B basis is included.

New Year Escape
New Year Exclusive Use Country House in Pembrokeshire
Celebrate New Year in style with an exclusive-use stay at Elm Grove Country House, the perfect setting to spend quality time with family and friends in a beautifully appointed Pembrokeshire country house near Tenby.
This special New Year break offers exclusive use of the entire house for up to 21 guests, across 11 spacious en-suite bedrooms, creating a private and relaxed atmosphere for group celebrations. Breakfast is included each morning, allowing you to enjoy a fully catered start to each day without any fuss.
Prices start from £6,500 for a 3-night stay, with additional nights available by arrangement.
The New Year period is available between 28 December 2026 and 2 January 2027, with a minimum stay of three nights.
