Lovingly run by the Rees family for three generations since the late 1950s, guests can always expect a warm, personal welcome. We are proud members of Visit Pembrokeshire and The Welsh Rarebits Collection, celebrating the very best of local produce, provenance and hospitality across Pembrokeshire and West Wales.
From the moment you arrive, the unique character of our historic country house and its peaceful countryside setting becomes immediately apparent. Period features such as chandeliers and marble fireplaces sit alongside generous landscaped grounds, including orchards, a croquet lawn and a traditional grass tennis court, creating a relaxed and elegant retreat near Tenby.

Just a leisurely 250-yard stroll down our tree-lined drive brings you into the charming village of St Florence, where guests can enjoy riverside walks to the old water mill, visit the friendly local pub, browse the village shop, or follow one of several scenic circular walking routes.

A Family Run Business
Elm Grove has been the family home, and business, of the Rees family for over 65 years and is personally run by Jane & Alan Rees-Baynes, the 3rd generation - who took over the helm in 2008. Elm Grove offers a home from home base to explore Pembrokeshire - with wonderful personal, friendly service.
