For those looking for an accommodation venue for a reunion, family gathering, art group, car group, celebration etc - we offer an exclusive use option where you book all 11 bedrooms on a B&B basis - and have the whole house just for you and your guests. Between October - March (excluding 22nd/12 - 2/1) we offer a 15% discount on exclusive use rates - giving you exclusive use from £70pp per night B&B (based on 21 guests).

The difference between us and other large group venues, is that we are catered - so breakfast is included in the price and there is an option to add evening meals and other dining options- plus there is daily house keeping and we’re on hand to answer any questions and ensure you have a fabulous stay.

Celebrate Christmas in style with a self-catering exclusive-use stay at Elm Grove Country House, the perfect setting to spend quality time with family and friends in a beautifully appointed Pembrokeshire country house near Tenby.

Exclusive use of the entire house for up to 21 guests, across 11 spacious en-suite bedrooms, creating a private and relaxed atmosphere for group celebrations. We only offer self catering once a year - so this is your only chance!

Prices start from £6,000 for a 3-night stay, with additional nights available by arrangement.
Available between 23rd December 2026 and 28th December, with a minimum stay of three nights.
