Save on Exclusive Use

For those looking for an accommodation venue for a reunion, family gathering, art group, car group, celebration etc - we offer an exclusive use option where you book all 11 bedrooms on a B&B basis - and have the whole house just for you and your guests. Between October - March we offer a 15% discount on exclusive use rates - giving you exclusive use from £70pp per night B&B (based on 21 guests).

The difference between us and other large group venues, is that we are catered - so breakfast is included in the price and there is an option to add evening meals and other dining options- plus there is daily house keeping and we’re on hand to answer any questions and ensure you have a fabulous stay.

Christmas & New Year Country House Self Catering

For the first time in nearly two decades Elm Grove will be available over the Christmas and New Year period on a Self-Catering basis. This is a fabulous opportunity to spend time with friends and family in our beautiful country house - fully self catered.

Prices from £5800 for 3 nights (additional nights available at additional cost) for up to 21 guests in 11 bedrooms

Available anytime between the 23rd December 2025 - 2nd January 2026 (minimum stay 3 nights)
