Prices

2010 prices range from £40.00 to £46.00 per person per night B&B (based on either 1 person in a single room or on 2 people sharing a double/twin room), with weekly rates starting from £250.00 per person.

Single occupancy of double or twin rooms starts from £60.00 per person per night B&B.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement at £21.50 per person for 3 courses and tea/coffee, or £17.50pp for 2 courses. Please ask for more details at time of booking.

 

AUTUMN 2010 SPECIAL OFFER:

Stay for 2 or more nights any time between 25th October and 9th November 2010 for a special rate of £75.00 per room per night B&B or £110.00 per room per night Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (based on 2 people sharing) . Just quote "GLP Offer" when booking. Bookngs for this offer must be made by phone.

 

 

Please note we have a minimum 2 night policy on weekends and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends. 

 

Children

We welcome well behaved children of all ages and can supply travel cots & high chairs were required. Prices range from quarter rate to three quarter rate depending on age and based on sharing a room with one or more adults.

 

Check-in

Check-in is between 1.30pm - 9pm

If you think you'll be checking in after 9pm please let us know in advance and we can arrange for a late check-in up to 11pm (which is the latest time we can accept arrivals).

Check-out

Check-out is by 10.30am

 

Deposit & Payment

If booking direct with us we ask for a deposit of £25pp (by cheque or debit/credit card) - with the balance payable upon departure. We accept the following mehtods of payment:

  • Cash Sterling
  • Cheque - with guarantee card

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations before this time - no charge and any deposits will be refunded.

If a cancellation is received between 72 - 24 hours of the arrival date any deposits will be retained.

Within 24 hours - full payment for the stay is due (any exceptions or variations to this are at the managements discretion and on a case by case basis).

AUGUST 2010

  • Alan has one of his paintings selected to be included in the new Robert Recorde 500th anniversary show in Tenby Gallery (which starts 6th August). Pop in and take a look in Tenby Museum - it's there for the next 4 weeks.
  • We're introducing a special Autumn offer for the last few weeks of our season - see the prices section at the top of this page for more information. Remember to quote the reference when booking.

 

JULY 2010

  • Visit Wales have just completed their annual inspection and we continue to maintain the high standards required for 4* Guest Accommodation rating.
  • We've just dug the first batch of our home grown Pembrokeshire potatoes. These will be used in our evening menu along with runner beans, broad beans and tomatoes from our own vegetable garden.

 

JUNE 2010

  • Wednesday (30th June) sees Prince Charles visit Tenby to meet some of the local food producers in the area and experience some of the activities going on in Fish Week. APRIL 2010

  • The Mews self-catering cottages are now bookable on-line via the booking button on the enquiries & booking page. Please note the self catering cottages only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
  • We've had an excellent start to the season and the new local produce is being very well received. We'll be adding to our supplier list throughout the year and adding local specials to our menus.

We are delighted to announce that Elm Grove Country House has been awarded the Pembrokeshire Produce Mark for our ongoing focus on using local produce from local suppliers.

 

New for 2010

  • We have re-decorated several of our large bedrooms ready for the 2010 season.
  • We are now a member of The AA accommodation network (rating pending).
  • You can now get updates on our facebook page - just type in Elm Grove Country House to follow what we're doing.
  • We will be sourcing even more local products to use in our dinner & breakfast menus in line with our Pembrokeshire Produce Mark status.

 

2009 Highlights

  • Finalist in the Pembrokeshire Tourism "Best Serviced Accommodation" Award 2009.
  • All bedrooms now have flat screen TV's with freeview channels & DVD players, giving guests a wider range of viewing. 
  • WiFi has been installed for use in public areas and some bedrooms.
  • Increased focus on sourcing ingredients & drink from Welsh producers and local suppliers. 
  • We developed our specialist dietary menus to cater for requests such as; gluten free, dairy free, wheat free & vegetarian diets. Please ask if you would like more information.
