Prices
2012 prices range from £40.00 to £50.00 per person per night B&B (based on either 1 person in a single room or on 2 people sharing a double/twin room), with weekly rates starting from £260.00 per person.
Single occupancy of double or twin rooms starts from £70.00 per person per night B&B.
Evening meals are available by prior arrangement at £21.50 per person for 3 courses and tea/coffee, or £17.50pp for 2 courses. Please ask for more details at time of booking.
Our cancellation policy is shown below.
Please note we have a minimum 2 night policy on weekends and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends.

Is between 1.30pm and 9pm
If you think you'll be checking in after 9pm please let us know in advance and we can arrange for a late check-in up to 10.30pm (which is the latest time we can accept arrivals).
Check-out
Check-out is by 10.30am
Deposit & Payment
If booking direct with us we ask for a deposit of £35pp (by cheque or debit/credit card) - with the balance payable upon departure. We accept the following mehtods of payment:

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations before this time - no charge and any deposits will be refunded.
If a cancellation is received between 72 - 48 hours of the arrival date any deposits will be retained plus the cost of the first nights stay.
Within 24 hours - full payment for the stay is due (any exceptions or variations to this are at the management's discretion and on a case by case basis).
A deposit of £75.00 is required to book the cottages and any cancelletions within 21 days of the arrival date will result in full payment being required.
Children
We have 1 family room and we welcome well behaved children of all ages and can supply travel cots & high chairs were required. Prices range from quarter rate to three quarter rate depending on age and based on sharing a room with one or more adults.
